My self Anand Sharma[protected] form Punjab Zirapur.I am a new user of Dhani app but I didnt even got card from company and i have maid all payments as i have used app 4 months back for recharge .But customer care is calling again n again for unusual amount and subcription charges late fees etc...Even i am not using this app from last 4 months.Agent is coming again and again at my house for the same and doing misbehaive with my parents .Even they abuse on call also.They have given totaly wrong information to me in initially sage to login my num.They said its totaly free of cost 0% intrest and no monthly rental no subsription no late fee nothing but now its all done by them and even they are not closing it .I will not pay this amount as i didnt used anything .Kindly help me for this Was this information helpful? |
