I have applied for Dhani One Freedom Card and paid the Subscription fees of Rs.500. After that by seeing their terms and condition, i have never used that card cancelled the card through the app and inform the same to customer care through phone. This happened on March 2021.
After that suddenly I logged into the app on September 2021 and found they are charging subscription fees every month. but i never got any msg or mails or any intimation about it.
On 5th September 2021 I have sent a mail to them and informed them about unethical charges. and requested them to cancel it immediately. But no response from them.
Again Today 16th January 2022, i found through the app that they are charging it continuously. but never sent msg or mail or any types statement of it. If i would have not looged in i could not come to know that total accumulation charges are Rs.5260.
Immediately i called up to customer care and informed them about this. Now they are telling my card is in Active Status and I have to pay Rs. 5260 to close the card.
