I have applied for dhani one freedom physical card on 2september2021 and paid ₹80 as delivery charge it's already more than 10 days and they didn't deliver card nor I got refund. I email on [protected]@dhani.com but no one response and replied to me.
And also their application have error which fetch wrong name details after kyc done and because of that customer face problem when calling in customer care they ask to talk to father and mother on whose name account profile name get generated on kyc of their son or daughter document which is app error they don't solve and harrash customer.
Example. If I submit document of mine for my account kyc they generate account name of mentioned father name with it and when they do fraud and we call in customer care they demand to talk to our parents to start talk further to even file complaint like this they first fraud us and then generated a way to not file our complaint. Even after person is adult and above 18 years in case he or she don't stay near to parents then also they have to let dhani executive talk to parents to start a further talk to complaint this is error or fraud technicalities they developed in their app to cheat us and make profit.
