I have applied for dhani one freedom physical card and paid ₹80 as delivery charge it's already more than 10 days and I didn't deliver card nor I got refund. I email on [protected]@dhani.com but no one response and replied to me.
And also their application have error which fetch wrong name details after kyc done and because of that customer face problem when calling in customer care they ask to talk to father and mother on whose name account profile name get generated on kyc of not on their name which is app error they don't solve and harrash customer.
