Dhani One Freedom Card — Subscription fee charged all the dues cleared but card inactive

I uttakarsha Rudrap would like to inform you that for the past 8days I am unable to use my dhani one freedom card physical or digital, I have paid all my dues, subscription fees n everything, I am unable to use any money from the limit of 3lacs, I don't know what issue u have with me n my account but as a genuine dhani customer I request you to plz activate my cards, it's a request plz activate my card I am fed up following up with all o[censored] on dhani support n customer care, following up for past 8days but no proper resolution nor proper revert from ur so called technical department. Worst need to complaint in consumer forum with all the proofs, what sort of services. But my card is not working worsetest service ever it is fake.
