Dhanlaxmi Bank / Dhanbank.com — cash is not debited in to nri account

Dear sir

Ref to the below mail, i have send money to my account last month but cash returned back.
From exchange they said cash has been credited to your account but i have checked in account cash is not debited.
When i asked in bank they said to check the account number at the same normal ly
For last ten year's am sending in same account. Today also i send cash in same account.
So please check and do the needful and waiting for your reply.
