Dhanunjaya Travels — late service and bus catch fire driver doesn't help

I book ticket from mumbai through Redbus online. Mean while in the middle they stop for fuel an hour late For no reason. Then before sadasivpet bus catch fire and all off sudden we got time to get down. Then i tried to call for help to redbus people to arrage for next journey. Driver doesn't help and we stand an hour in open sky around 30 members look in this matter for future care. let them know that help people.
