    The D'lite net connection is not working from yesterday at 'SL Automobiles, (Honda Showroom) Maligaon.
    the Nuage networks 7850 NSG-E200' is not working properly.

    please give me the service ASAP. the whole office work is pending.

        Sir 20days back we received 4g dongle at the time stop the network because of our office 2g SIM card is de registered hence no network in Teligi so bellary division till from 31/03/2021. We are calling every day to sify engineer ashok bellary and Ramesh davanagere couldn't respond near 20days. All work held up and customers are every day qurell and engry with us kindly solve the issue as early as much possible...

          Sify Technologies — Not received voter card

          Dear Sir,

          I m uma maheswari stayed at madurai. I m 27 years old. Still now i didnt receive voter card identity. So i cant able to apply for passport also. I submitted the Application form for Voter card twice. but i didnt get any response from the corporation office at madurai.

            I am have been using internet broadband from sify technologies since september 2008. i have been facing problem with the internet speed despite having the internet plan at the speed of 384 kbps. earlier it was fine but for 6-5 months i have been facing worst problem with speed. even the customer support is also more than worst. calls are not getting connected to customer support. POOR SERVICE BY SIFY BROADBAND....

                  There is always an errorbb108 in connection, since we have paid internet charges to sify broadband ,woodland complex opp regency marriage hall, ulhasnagar 421003 on 7-9-10 for three months ending on[protected].Ever other cday we need to call local service center and the customer care , by now i must have spent an equal amount on phone calls but they turn a deaf ear. they resolve temporary for a day and again there is same problem but now since wednesday[protected] they have stopped listening even there customer care refused to take complaint. i have asked for refund or restoration of services on 6th oct,subsequently sent an email on 13th october 2010 and asked for refund on 7th nov 2010, but they neither provide any service nor listen to our complaint or refund the amount.

                      I am a partner to Sify E-port a venture of Sify Technologies. I took the franchisee of the business and was assured of several services in which I have evidence in writing and I have never got those services.

                      My recent dispute is that Sify asked me to conduct a bank examination at my centre and due to some technical reasons from Sify their Technician could not open the examination link and they occupied the centre for the whole day and I have acceptance in writing by a few of their employees that represented Sify and apart from that have in writing from the examiners that my centre was booked for the whole day and now they have only paid me for the internet coupons I recharged. Sify has totally denied paying the money for having booked my centre on that particular day.

                      I am here by sending you all the e-mails received from Sify and also forwarding all the written confirmations from the examiners acknowledging that my centre was booked for the whole day for the examination..

                      I am also sending a legal notice to Sify for my payments if the matter is not taken care of in the next 24 Hours.

                      I also have all recorded conversations of our telephonic discussions with employees of Sify.

                      Please kindly look into the matter and all the supporting documents shall reach to you in the next 2 days.

                      EPF Claim rejected

                      As per portal claim status on 12/05/2016 my claim has
                      been rejected and reason of rejection is mentioned on
                      portal is CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED. Please note that i have not received any amount in my bank account from EPF office. Kindly check the same on priority and deposit the claim amount in my bank account.

                        I have signed the Franchisee agreement with Sify Technologies Ltd. on 29/06/2009 and also paid the franchisee fee of Rs.65, 000/- for 5 years contract. Company was supposed to provide me with all support, Branding and technical support and that too within 30 working days but till now even a single piece of thread is installed at my place, i m very much fedup with thier poor services there is no proper support. now...
