We request PM Mr, Rajiv jain sir and Mr, Keerthi to intervene and approve the additional work executed at site .
Kindly conduct the meeting and approve the items as claimed

          Sir 20days back we received 4g dongle at the time stop the network because of our office 2g SIM card is de registered hence no network in Teligi so bellary division till from 31/03/2021. We are calling every day to sify engineer ashok bellary and Ramesh davanagere couldn't respond near 20days. All work held up and customers are every day qurell and engry with us kindly solve the issue as early as much possible

            ref. to our last communication with email for transfer of sify lease line from madhavaram to guindy in oct-18, you technical team have not yet installed the lease in our guindy office. we already given the transfer request in writing. your technical person came and installed the tower and gone back without giving connectivity reason was adaptor was not available with your technical team . they intimated that they don’t have stock of power adaptor and it will take one month time. After that no communication came from your side. Till no one contacted about connectivity is working or not.
            No reply has come. Afterwards we gone for different company lease line.

            According to your company rules you are collecting payment quarterly in advance and you are giving connection after receiving payment only. Before we are paying regularly in advance every quarterly after that only we are getting connection. Even we paid in advance for Oct-18 to Dec-18 but you have disconnected the lease line in Madhavaram by end of the Oct-18. Till today you have not given any connection for lease line.

            How you are asking payment without giving connection ?

                  Hello my I d [protected]@sify.com. Is not opening my mail I have lot mail
                  Worst IT company.. better to avoid these companies so no one falls into their 3rd party vendor contract tricks. no pf submit or salary yet to be paid but payslip provided. Thankfully i worked for 15 days only and i quit from there. HR people are worst and dont have manners but show attitude as if they r the owners of the company. Bulk of the work are done by professionals.

                    I am have been using internet broadband from sify technologies since september 2008. i have been facing problem with the internet speed despite having the internet plan at the speed of 384 kbps. earlier it was fine but for 6-5 months i have been facing worst problem with speed. even the customer support is also more than worst. calls are not getting connected to customer support. POOR SERVICE BY SIFY BROADBAND....

                        There is always an errorbb108 in connection, since we have paid internet charges to sify broadband ,woodland complex opp regency marriage hall, ulhasnagar 421003 on 7-9-10 for three months ending on[protected].Ever other cday we need to call local service center and the customer care , by now i must have spent an equal amount on phone calls but they turn a deaf ear. they resolve temporary for a day and again there is same problem but now since wednesday[protected] they have stopped listening even there customer care refused to take complaint. i have asked for refund or restoration of services on 6th oct,subsequently sent an email on 13th october 2010 and asked for refund on 7th nov 2010, but they neither provide any service nor listen to our complaint or refund the amount.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have signed the Franchisee agreement with Sify Technologies Ltd. on 29/06/2009 and also paid the franchisee fee of Rs.65, 000/- for 5 years contract. Company was supposed to provide me with all support, Branding and technical support and that too within 30 working days but till now even a single piece of thread is installed at my place, i m very much fedup with thier poor services there is no proper support. now thier coming up with their new terms and conditions and harrasing me giving me mental torture. when ask them to cancel my franchisee due to lack of support from their side they are telling me my money will not be refunded. please help me how should i solve this problem.

                          Can't set up mail in my phone

                          I cannot set my sify mail in my phone. It says that THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR IMAP.GMAIL.COM IS INCORRECT. But I can login to my mail a/c using my browser. Please help me out. My username and password is right.
