        No response even after multiple calls which is very ridiculous
        Need to reactivate my net connection and not sure what the hell you guys r doing. We are doing work from home and this is impacting our work. Can anyone see this and reactivate asap for God's sake.

              The internet services are down from three days in the potheri area and the issue is not yet resolved
              I've prepaid for 3 months and this is the service i'm getting
              The customer care is incompetent and rude and i quote the customer care personal said me "cut the phone"
              The unprofessionalism in your way of doing business has crossed it's limit
              You start a company with such a great vision but don't have a contingency plan when the internet services are down
              I want my money back asap

                I have a netfire connection. netfire promised 100 mbps speed. however the speed after 1 week of taking the service barely even crosses 50mbps. this has been happening for a month now even after putting in complaints. sometimes the speed is as low as 3-5 mbps. whenever we put a complaint, the technician comesand connects his device and shows us 81 mbps speed...and then when he goes it again goes back to low speed. how is this fair? pls do something.

                  After cyclone my Internet is not working. they told us the Internet will be coming within two days.but after two days I called up the team and they said internet will be working in another 2days.their engineers are working.but didn't work.they provide temporary solution after 7 days. Now that temporary solution also not working. I called up the customer care number they attend the call after few seconds they disconnected the call and they put the mobile in switch off. I have paid for a month but I didn't receive proper response. Kindly help on this

                    I have been using Netfire for the past three months at Melakottaiyur Police Quarters near Kandikai. Speed alright but it didn't match with what they told. I often found disconnection whenever power is shut down no backup facilities. Even if we have power saver we cannot use the internet. The customer care number they gave not working and we cannot contact the service providers. After Vatha cyclone no internet connection and no one responded to make our complaint. Now I am decided to switch over to other service providers.

                      This is going to be the very long post so spend few minutes if you really want to save your money and most importantly time, and you can see multiple true negative reviews on the in different website.

                      Please don't believe the so called Fiber Internet provider "NetFire".

                      Hi All,

                      Please don't believe the so called Fiber Internet provider "NetFire".

                      I have very long story since 2014 with them, where they cheated most of the peoples money and went bankrupt. They even tried to loot money from me. Unfortunately I wanted to visited their office to make payment, they denied and stop responding my calls. And I have left the review for the same in many other forums.

                      Again, they have relaunched the business with same name and same stupid domain, they don't even know how worst their brand name is, I am sure that "Arun" so called CTO is stupid enough to suggest the same business name in same location, with awkward office and 10th dropped candidate as a technical support person who don't even know about router nor switches.

                      Arun, he is one of the owner - he was an dropped engineering candidate, whose intention is to loot money from customer in the name of Fibre Internet provider. He targets the remote area where there are no competition at all and so customer will come for his service.

                      Areas - Urapakkam, Guduvanchery, Kandigai, Melekottaiyur

                      So as I belong to one of the above area, I went them in order give a try, and the response was insane. They gave me new connection after 3 months only after continuous follow up with support.

                      They charged 2200rs initial and gave the connection and then, wow, out of 28 days of service, 11 days they are down. And after lots of fight they gave me 7 days extension. Literally i have spent 1000rs in phone call itself and wasted more than 10hours on calls for telling them issue and for getting the compensation.

                      And here comes the second month, in those 28 days, they are already 4 to 7 days down. I asked for compensation and they told the below things.

                      Siddharth - Hi Arun
                      Arun(CTO) - Hi
                      Siddharth - Your internet is getting down often
                      Arun(CTO) - So what ? don't you have some alternative as backup ?
                      Siddharth - Hey, I am paying 1500rs for 28 days
                      Arun(CTO) - So what ? I pay 1 crore for Aircel for getting bandwidth. They are getting down for 25% and they asking us to get alternative too.
                      Siddharth - Hey, thats none of my concern, address my issue
                      Arun(CTO) - No, I can't help you. If you want, you need to call support and raise the ticket
                      Siddharth - Ok, I will do, What will you do if internet service goes down again ? Will you compensate me ?
                      Arun(CTO) - If it is more than 1 day we will compensate, else we cant. Its your issue you need to have some backup. And you are remote area dont ask these things silly. Go with some other provider if you area have one.
                      Siddharth - Are you playing an monopoly game ? As a customer you have to answer my query and also needs to solve the issue and compensate me for the downtime for the money I am paying.
                      Arun(CTO) - No we cannot. If you want close the account and stop being our customer.

                      I have wasted 3 to 4 hours a day with them and they dont even know how to respect the customer. Listen to the audio or call me I will suggest the best workaround for internet connectivity in your area.

                      Now Short Review

                      Service - 1/10 - I got internet in the name called Fibre

                      Speed - 5/10 - They have 30% of the guaranteed speed, example if they advertise 60 you get 20mbps and 1mbps upload

                      Staff- 0/10 - Just call any of the person from their team or ask questions to the technical team, they will bluff. All they know is few steps as per document. I used to educate them when ever they visit my home for issue.

                      Uptime - Arun(CTO) tolds that it is only possible to provide internet for 75% out of 100%, which means if you have paid for 28 days you will get internet for 21 days and 7 days of down time. So better have alternative Airtel as backup.

                      For Proof of Review - I have the below stuffs

                      1) Phone bills showing how many hours I have spent with their support
                      2) Paid bills
                      3) Speed Test ( Download and Upload )
                      4) Audio recording of the dispute
                      5) Snaps of their office ( its not an office, it is petti shop )

                      So if you think you need a working internet, go with Aircel, Airtel, Jio or any other provide . Not netfire.co.in . If you worried about speed or connectivity or anything related to internet feel free to reach me at the below contact. I am an web and tech expert, I can provide you solution for free of cost and save your money from looters.

                        Dear Sir, I'm using netfire broadband since[protected]. I have paid Rs 2000 as installation charges and paid 1100 as first month charge as its prepaid service. There is no intimation for recurring payment and also there is no online payment. I was asked to pay the rent to their ICICI account every month before the cut off date, even then they are not providing the uninterrupted service. Every month I have to call them and inform that I have paid the amount and then they will take their own time and provide the service. I'm very much frustrated on this. Since 25th of October the service stopped due to rain and I tried of following with them. Service provider is not answering any calls too and even if they pick up, they are not responding properly. I would have made around 30 calls in this 2 weeks Requesting you to please take necessary action against these cheats.                           Still I haven't received any calls from Netfire, I tried calling them multiples &amp;amp; went in vain. Luckily they picked up the call on last Saturday when I tried from my friends mobile, they are lying to me that you haven't called at all. After that, I have asked them to visit &amp;amp; complete the installation or refund the total money (3100) which we have paid for the connection. No response After that all, not picking up any calls.

                          Kindly request you take strict action against this Fraud Guys who are making the people very frustrated. They have to Blacklisted so that it will be helpful for the future Consumers.

                              Dear Sir, I have applied for netfire broadband 6 months back. I have paid Rs 2000 as installation charges. I was able to access internet only for one month (paid Rs 650 separately for that). For the next month I paid another Rs 650 but I didn''t get proper speed (even not able to open google). After several complaints and followups (around 60 to 70), they came up and fixed the problem. But it lasted only for around 15 days. After that I am not at all able to connect to Internet. Service provider is not answering any calls too and even if they pick up, they are not responding properly. I would have made around 300 calls in this 3 months but only in vain and pretty much frustrated. This is happening for the past 3 months.                               Netfire BroadBand customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              No one in Netfire will address your complaint. I was a regular user of Netfire for more than a year. Around 2-3 months back, my internet stopped working all of a sudden. The Netfire guys tried to rectify the problems and they couldnt. Subsequently, they said they couldn't support and they withdrew the connection. A month ago, they called me again and came to my house to provide fibre connection. After that, when I contacted them, many people pick the call and they say they'll get back to me but no one has yet contacted me. When I ask their names, they say 'Arun', 'Karthik' & 'Barani' but they neither return the calls nor they address your concerns. My advise to whoever applies for a new connection, 'please don't trust these guys'. They don't even share their address. In case your net stops working (frequently it will stop working, trust me), they'll not even bother to rectify it.
                              We got the broadband connection by paying Rs 2000 for the installation and one month broadband charges just three (3 days) back. The connection was alive for 5 hours. And there after there is no connectivity. There is no one to answer the customer service number also. If the netfire team is viewing this complaint online, request you to refund the amount. Enough of the follow-up. Request the public not to approach this service provider.

I suggest people in urappakam area not to go ahead with netfire internet service. Its been 7 months iam using this service, i feel it as value for money in the market.
