Respected sir,
We, Soma Mukhopadhyay and Suprabhat Mukhopadhyay, residing at 12/7, PHKB Sarani, Bhadrakali, Uttarpara, Hoogly- 712232 booked a flat at Royal Enclave Phase I Project of DHARITRI INFRAVENTURE PVT LTD (WBHIRA registered) on June, 2019. After payment Rs.475000/_(By two installments) the developer wanted to provide another one instead of our booked flat. We disagreed and cancelled the booking on October, 2019 and demand for refund money. But they remained silent.Then we informed 'Didike Bolo' and complaint to WBHIRA regarding the same on December, 2019. WBHIRA ordered to DHARITRI (Order no.3, dt.30.04.2021) to make refund money with banking interest within 45 days. But DHARITRI remained silent. Then I again informed WBHIRA and complaint to Grievance cell of Hon'ble CM. on 9th July. The cell informed CPC for looking after the matter. CPC informed Uttarpara P.S the same. Uttarpara P.S forwarded it and talked with Electronics Complex P.S. We also sent email to this P.S because DHARITRI INFRAVENTURE PVT LTD. is under their jurisdiction. But we disappointed till date.
So, our humble request to you for taking necessary steps against DHARITRI and help us to get refund money.
