I have given cancellation request of my booked 3bhk flat a years ago. I have submitted all the documents (Like all the payment receipts, cancellation request form, cancellation letter with signature) as they requested me to submit. But its been about 1 year they are not responding, they do not even talk properly over phone.
Executives are keep on extending dates.
Their employees are too getting changed all the time. Once you talk to a manager, next time he/she will not be there to assist you. Than other manager will tell again same story.
