Hi,
Our client in US sent a package to our company through DHL courier on 10th December 2020. As per tracking the package has to reach us on 22nd December 2020. The package was held in Bangalore customs. DHL asked us to provide KYC details. We provided our IEC, GSTIN, AD code letter from bank, address proof and authorization details. In spite of repeated reminders the package was not cleared and they are informing that the address proof is not matching with the client given address. It is our factory address and we have given all address proof but DHL KYC team has not approved and cleared our package from customs. We are sending all our courier through DHL and we wonder how come we could not receive the courier sent from our client. Do DHL KYC team see the proof what we have given and get clarified from us as we have given our mobile number. If this continues we have decided not to give our courier to DHL in future because of their worst service.

    We submit our KYC documents through https://www.dhlindia-kyc.com on 17th December, 2020. But till now we yet to receive our shipment which was sent by our client from France. It is very urgent for us. Please provide the necessary action to clear the shipment.

          The shipment (which i am the consignee with airway bill n°[protected] (5 gps trackers and fuel and 10 fuel sensors) has been picked up since the 11th of november and still hasn't been delivered after 45 days. The consigner even asked for the return of the parcel so that he could send it via another company and we still haven't received any parcel nor reply from Dhl India.

            Hi sir
            the courier tracking number was booked from jodhpur on
            22..07.2020 to u.K and i have payed the amount worth 5967
            these courier has been delivered but i have got a letter from dhl to pay 45.16 pound but the amount of the product has been paid in jodhpur india.And while time on booking i asked the courier person if any tax would be paid in u.K. The dhl courier person said no additonal charge have to been paid at the time of delivery

When i checked about its location i came to know that my parcel is not moved from brescia to italy. My exact destination for delivery is Italy.                   I have moved to india with my 2.5 year old daughter from australia after the untimely death of my husband. My shipment containing personal baggage arrived in india from australia on 08/12/2020 and it has been more than 2 weeks and they still haven't been able to deliver my shipment as promised (By end of day 11/12/2020). I have been constantly following up on email and via phone call. They have not left any stone unturned to harass a young widow to get her personal baggage. As requested by the dhl csa at delhi, i had submitted a transshipment request letter on 14/12/2020 to transfer my shipment from the new cargo terminal at delhi to the cargo terminal at igi. This was acknowledged and confirmed by the csa. Despite this correspondence, part of my shipment has been sent to mumbai and now they are not willing to get it back to delhi for baggage clearance.

                    This is my another complaint against my same consignment (AWB - [protected]). It is still in customs and today is 4th day. All formalities done but still DHL is saying this and that. Such a worst service by DHL. Never expected. That was an extremely urgent consignment but DHL has more excuse

                        Shipment is not cleared at customs

                        My shipment (airway bill No-[protected]) has arrived on 18th December from Germany and still in customs. Though all the documents has been updated still it is not cleared. That was very urgent to me. Please deliver it to me tomorrow 20th December 2020....

                          I have sent parcel containing Medicine/ Spectacle with Prescription/ Cash Memo through DHL Express, Jamnagar Gujarat by AWB [protected] on 3rd October 2020. I have furnished all necessary documentation requested by DHL and the US Customs rejected the parcel due to non-availability of Impact Resistance Certificate/ DFE/DEV/LST. This was demanded by DHL after reaching the parcel in USA on 21st October 2020. This was never informed while booking the parcel in Jamnagar.
                          Parcel was returned by AWB [protected] on 21st October. DHL insisted for Customs Duty payment on Indian Goods (Medicines & Spectacle) purchased in India after paying duties. I was refused to provide any contact of the dealing Customs office. I had to pay Rs 13145.82 towards Customs Duty after increasing Invoice Value of the goods with Indian Cash Memo (From Rs 16815 to Rs 20367) Additionally DHL also charged Rs 988 towards Warehouse/ Disbursement/ Taxes. I had to spend above expenses i.e, Rs 7190 and Rs 14125 only because of DHL not informing the requirement of the documentation at the first place. DHL alongwth Customs forced me to pay the duty on the Indian goods already purchased after paying duties at no fault of mine. Hence I may please be reimbursed the total sum spent by me by DHL Express.

                            Facing issues with KYC update

                            Hello Team,
                            Greetings. I am highly disappointed with your services. It's not my mistake if the Picture of mine is not clear on my Aadhar Card. Do you guys get it? Absolutely pathetic service. I am about to receive a shipment from The States by Dec 21 2020. I uploaded my PAN card as my identity proof which got approved. My Aadhar Card for address proof is being rejected again and again. Sometimes the Picture is not clear they say...

                            I have my shipment stuck at customs for over 5 months now. I am an independent artist based out of Pondicherry. One of my ceramic art pieces got selected for a show in a gallery in Montana, USA and they have sent the piece back through DHL and i am being asked to submit IEC without which they won’t release my shipment. This is ridiculous why the hell do I need to have an IEC for my own piece??

                              A parcel was sent on 28 November 2020 to Doha from Bolpur, Bengal. Expected date of delivery was given as 3rd December. But it didn't reach on 3rd and on complaint I was told it would be delivered within 48 hrs on priority and waybill number was changed.
                              Today is 6th and I am told parcel has gone to Germany and expected date of delivery is 13th December.
                              I would not have sent the parcel if I was told this earlier that it would reach on 13 December.
                              The article I am sending would not make any sense if it reaches on 13th December.
                              Full refund of Rs. 9700.00 should be made for not given the service.

                                My shipment arrived in india from france on 12.11.2020 and today it is 02.12.2020 still my shipment is not cleared, even after repeatedely complaining to your head office and your bangalore clearing team is pathetic to the core. They do not care for customer, they comeup with only excuses by not doing their job. I did not expect this kind of pathetic service from a reputed courier service company like dhl. They behave they are doing charity to customer of clearing the shipment.

                                  I am a regular DHL user from chennai. I have recently had a bad experience with DHL Exp while sending a parcel to my son in the USA.

                                  Recently I have sent two parcels containing domestic items like, clothes, sweets etc to my son who is living in Columbus, Ohio, USA. There is a huge difference in charges between two consolidators who picked up the parcel from us. Details as below

                                  1. way bill[protected].5KG Charges Rs.3500/-

                                  2.way bill[protected].8kg charges Rs.5850/-

                                  For a weight of approximately 3.5 to 4 kg - charges mentioned in DHL official website are Rs.4360/- including GST one guy is charging his customer Rs.3500/- and another Guy is charging Rs.5800/- .

                                  Going by the charges of the first guy, I am sure he would have made at least 500 rs. margin - hence DHL rate to him must be approximiately Rs.3000/- This means that the Second guy charges are almost DHL charges and it is double for end consumer like me.

                                  When I spoke to one of the toll free no of DHL they mentioned to me that the charges are from a consolidator and DHL is not responsible for it and I need to talk to the consolidator.

                                  Also I wrote mails to DHL Country management and they are again mentioning that there is no CONTROL on the charges made by the consolidator.

                                  When I spoke to the consolidator here (Prasanna enterprises, chennai600091) he was not coming out with facts. I had to push him hard to get even a bill for the amount I paid. I paid him Rs.5850 whereas he gave a bill for Rs.5450/-. for one of my earlier shipments in july, he is not even giving bill. His company name is Prasanna Enterprises, 348 Medavakkam Main Road, Ullagaram, chennai 600 091 as declared in his bill to me. He is using a document from DELHIVERI - With his company rubber stamp on it. How far this is authentic, I really don't know. This document also I got after great difficulty.

                                  Please note that the ultimate beneficiary is DHL(I have the proof that they transported the goods through their AWB document) and they got their business done at their minimum charges and they are happy about that.

                                  WHEREAS THE CONSUMERS LIKE US ARE BADLY AFFECTED BY THIS AND I NEED YOUR HELP TO INTERVENE AND GET ME A RESOLUTION AND MAKE SURE THAT NO CONSUMERS LIKE US ARE FOOLED AROUND LIKE THIS.

                                  We will stop using your services and switch to Indian postal service even if it takes time. Atleast I will not be falsely charged there.
