I sent a parcel to my mother for Christmas. DHL express is putting custom charges 7000 rupees on old clothes and harassing my 77 old mother. If not delivered at the earliest I will place a complaint to send my parcel back as it is insured or you'll will have to pay me 100$ for it.

    DHL website KYC uploads - Cumbersome

    Required KYC documents listed in DHL website doesn't match with the upload site.

    AD code - Our registered port Tuticorin is not listed

    Could not proceed further as it's a mandatory field

    Overall - DHL KYC upload - "It is not at all simple"

    We tried to sort it out through Customer care, but it's useless.

      I have bought headphones from a company called Meze Audio in Romania. They used DHL to ship the product to me.

      The product costs Rs. 18700 and I paid 3000 for "Express Shipping." After a delay of 4 days at Bangalore(reason given: "held by Bangalore customs"), I received a message from them asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs. 9134
      Message from DHL:
      "Payment of import duty/tax is required for DHL Express [protected] from MEZE AUDIO S.R.L." with a link for payment. Which took me to a receipt for the aforementioned amount. Here they have put random charges like "CS- bonded storage charge" and "Deferment risk" to the receipt generated by them.

      Please assist to get my package without making me pay the false charges claimed by DHL. These charges are almost 50% of the package amount.

      Adding a bit more detail - When they had asked for KYC documentation, it was uploaded on the same day and approved within 4 hours. However, they still held the package at Bangalore for 4 additional days as well.

        Hello Team, I am Rajdeep Tanwar from Kurukshetra, Haryana. My friend Mr. Arvinder Singh have sent some baby clothing's and men clothes and two artificial Earrings which total cost NZD 257.97/- from DHL courier service. He paid NZD 250/- for shipment. When its reached in india, DHL asked me to pay Rs 6944/- as Duty fee. When i verified the Duty challan, the value was Rs 5705 /- . When i asked for the invoice they asked me to wait for 24 hours.

        Please to take this further as my package is stuck in DHL

          My shipment tracking number is [protected]. The package should be delivered to the destination by Nov 13. But the package has not been delivered till date. My concerns below.
          1. I received an email first saying the address details are not correct while the address details I mentioned in the first place are sufficient enough for the delivery as same address was used for my other orders on other websites. I did alter the address details and gave more elaborate information and alternate contact numbers are also provided. But the package was not delivered.
          2. I have raised service requests for 5 times and replied to the emails with the same address 5 times and called the service agent for 4 times so far. My consignee also has been calling from the other side to the service center.
          3. The delivery agent has not gone to the address I mentioned because I got an email that the delivery attempt failed as there were no people present at the destination while there are actually people present at the destination. They have not got any calls from your team at least asking for the address or any information.
          4. When the consignee volunteered to call to the service number and requested to deliver the package at a service point, your team agreed and they have not delivered it at least to the service center till date.

            it is my painful request to solve matter as early as possible...
            This is regarding shipment id [protected], it is commercial shipment from rajkot india to belgium, it was picked on 25 /11/2021 and returned on 27/11/2021 by saying incomplete documentation...!! by saying export declaration is missing, but it can be asking by mail also...

            i am quite surprise..! when i called to customer care the said wait for 1 or 2 days, further i called 30/11/2021 they said wait for 1 day, further i called 1/12/2021 they said wait for 1 day...! till matter is not solve...!

            the same commercial shipment was sent in previous month with shipment id : [protected] (shipment is delivered without export declaration)
            i can give more shipment id in which i not given export declaration and shipment id delivered,
            DHL EXPRESS is not proper….its spoil our corporate image and even dhl also…!
            hope matter solve urgent basis, consignee need good on urgent basis..
            kindly pickup the shipment again and solve matter...

                Delay in Customs clearance / KYC approval

                The material was required urgently and hence booked on 24.11.2021 and reached on 27.11.2021 by express mode.

                The KYC team of DHL did not specify any documents required and mentioned that KYC was to be completed.

                Every time we called them, they asked for new documents and the process was held up for 3 days.

                On 29th. I received Mail confirming approval of documents.br...

                Package AWB [protected] is with facility for almost a month. DHL is not delivery the package neither it response to my queries via email and Twitter. I am helpless. I am paying money for package deliver and DHL is not taking responsibility.

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  I representing TCS Chennai employ supporting Banking client, in fact i had submitted all relevant documents as per KYC team advised like PAN card, Tcs offer letter, Electric Bill and declaration letter followed by I had received first courier successfully .

                  now the problem really is second courier remote token it suppose to arrive it got stuck at Bangalore customs for KYC, when I spoke to KYC folks to explain the situation they advised to get TCS HR for residence proof letter which i had received and uploaded in DHL KYC site that file also rejected.

                  I was terribly shocked my offer letter and TCS HR whom so ever concerns address proof letter were rejected . In fact i spoke to my Citi bank Manager and explained he hasn't happy too. I really don't know what to do. However i tried my maximum limit am pretty disappointed your service am sorry to emphasis on it. I don't have any choice.

                  please note that am also working corporate company for two more decades helping customers despite whatever they face and get an exceptions to help out eventually if customers happy we happy. but from DHL perspective I had rough lessons for sure this wound will not demise for sure. you may check my India numbers calls history and analyses it how i stressed. there is a limit for everything but this incident seems to be over the top .

                  lets wait and see what action you take and revert with good note. hope not an words am looking for an appropriate Actions.

                      Customs clearance

                      Inspite of submitting Govt approved docs they are wantedly rejecting to get more money on daily basis. This is wrong and fraud. I will file case in consumer court.

                      I ordered a heath product (blood pressure medication) from uBuy and they used DHL to courier the product. 30th Oct 2021. Total amount: Rs.7, 845/-.

                      In my Shipment from Singapore to India, DHL CSA mailed us and require a CHIMS Certificate, CHIMS website upgraded the format of Registration, and we submitted the required documents, but Now DHL CSA not approved that documents, because of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has been upgraded the format. DHL CSA Concern person is asking for old format, how can we get that old format, Please help us to get old format otherwise Please help to us to clearance our Shipment, It is very urgent, and my production is on hold, my commitments are going fails.

                        Please DONOT send anything using DHL service from Garudavega from USA to INDIA. Customer service is very bad and my shipment sent on 28th August has still not arrived in Bangalore. Custom process is horrible.NEVER ever ship using this service. DHL is asking to pay Rs: 7200 for $39 value shipment after 45 days. DHL service is very bad.

                        All requested docs are provided, there is a fraud group who are linked from DHL Bangalore to somewhere in north India.
                        They asked 3400 to clear the shipment and asked to pay on what's app.
                        That account is FRAUD. Please donot fall into the scam that is linked between DHL employees in Bangalore and team linked in North India.

                          Delhi Dhl clearing agent not able to provide the proper explanation of what they need for clearance?
                          They are commercial invoices for 4 th item. Where as from dhl Easton Ohio all documents were sent. Things are getting delayed intentionally.
                          This type of customer service is not at all acceptable from a world class brand.
                          I am escalating same in usa as well.
                          The clearance agent name Disha Chabra telling 4 th item invoice missing but doesn’t know what is that item

                              I had ordered a package from Austria. I got dispatched from Austria on 6th and was supposed to be delivered by 15th September. After delaying for a long time and doing different procedures. I received an email from them a few days back that they will destroy my product as it has a little silver component in it. What the hell is this?!? Have they gone crazy!! I had paid so much for the product to get it destroyed. I was even ready to hire a private courier service but they have an hold on my product and aren't ready for that. Kindly ask them to deliver my product ASAP and take a strict action against such pathetic organization.They are nobody to destroy my product for which I have paid so much.Worst ever service recieved by DHL India.                                 Breach of Privacy= I had a DHL shipment that was delayed due to certain unfair charges which were in the end waived off by the company, Very kind of them and my shipment is already received. My concern is I have moved country and DHL had my old telephone number from INDIA. Today, I received an international call from DHL automated recorded message that this is my final reminder to collect the shipment. Following that my Room mate gets a similar call from DHL automated machine from a number that belonged to BRITISH COLUMBIA-(+1-[protected] & +1-[protected])...My concern is I never shared my international number with DHL. They had communication with my mother in Mumbai, and I had communication with my family via text message from my international number and I had made calls to my room mate from my new number. How far DHL has gone and shared our data and private information and have access to my personal text and call information from a new mobile number. This will be further raised as its a major concern towards my Privacy by a internationally reputed company like DHL.

                                  My AWB no [protected] was shipped from Ohio USA on 14th sept 21 it landed here at Mumbai on 17th sept 21. From there onwards the packet smaller than a shoebox containing sample pieces is awaiting customs inspection. This is almost 20 days it is lying there to get cleared. The customer service giving typical information that it will take time since backlog is to be cleared. Further I get email from clearance assistant that the shipment is still under inspection with a foot note of warehousing charges would have to be paid by me since the material is lying there for more than 48 hours. It seems this is an intentional delay to extract money from the receiver
