DHL Packers And Movers — My household items didn't get delivered

Dear Sir/Madam

This is regarding the items I have couriered through DHL Movers and Packers on January 14th 2023.

They are not delivering my items neither they are responding when will it get delivered. I have also paid them in advance.

I am also attaching the bill along with the complaint

I request you to kindly take a strict action against them and ask them to deliver my courier at the earliest
