I ordered supplies worth rs. 2000/- from dholdhamaka.com on 18th nov. They deliver between 2-4 days if you pay online so i payed using a card. Even though i received a confirmation of order from them which is probably an automated email, i didn't receive any tracking information or the order itself. The no on the website is wrong, they dont respond to customer support emails and their fb chat doesn't work. I want my money back and someone should find out who is responsible for this fraudulent website.

    I placed an online order for.mentioned in the subject for
    Pine Christmas Tree With Lights & Ornaments - Easy To Assemble (6 Feet). ord no.[protected]. I made online payment Rs. 4, 823.0. I got it delivered on 9-Nov-15. However the Christmas tree is defective and does not contain all the 3 parts. there are only 2 parts.
    The top part is missing.
    The middle part could not be fitted on the base part.
    The rod is rusted.
    It is very different from the image in your website.
    It is of very poor quality. Not worth Rs. 4000/-
    I immediately raised a request for return and refund of this item.
    I got an acknowledgement of the ticket (#8834 Ord No.[protected] and was asked to send the images of the tree. Which i sent. Till date there has been no response. The status shows as "Being Processed since 16 days 0 hours"
    The phone is switched. I sent chat messages. But have not heard anything from them so far.
    Please help in getting the refund of my amount.

      Firstly got the delivery after 14 days...placed order on[protected] and received on 17-11.2015..
      I have ordered pack of 50 tea light candles for rs. 380 and they delivered 3 red candles packs and 2 pink which i didn't order...i also ordered 1 scented candle pack for rs. 94 and they delivered normal scented pack, different from image shown..i can bought these cheap quality stuff from local market for hardly 200 rs... n i have paid 683 to them...they should stop making fool to their customers... fraud... crap...

        I have ordered On 17 September 2015, Some party items, As i have not received my AWB Number on 19th September 2015, Started calling, On their customer care number [protected], "The phone was switch off or out of range" was the response i got for the full day. I taught it might be off because it was Saturday. So i mailed them starting that I have not received the AWB No, They responded a Ticket no 8476. with mail DholDhamaka.com Retail Pvt.           I have ordered party supplies for my kid's function worth of rs.462. In which it also offered me a free shipping and it also mentioned that it will be delivered within 3-5 days. All the items are ordered through online with the website called dholdhamaka.com . I have placed this order on June 2nd 2015. Till now I haven't received anything and how much ever I try to contact them till now I haven't heard anything from them. Its a fraud website

            I ordered a lot of products on 24th and 25th march as I have my daughter's birthday party on Mar 30th. I received the products from other vendors except Dholdhamaka. I tried calling them. No one receives the call, if they do, by mistake, pick the call, they immediately hang up the call. Email complaints about the shipment just ends up with an automatic message. Till now, 27th March, the order says processing. Other order shows pending, for which also I was charged. In the process of placing the second order, once it showed my transaction is incomplete but it still charged me for the order (was redirected to PayU and the payment went through but the order was not even registered). I did not get any AWB numbers, I was charged for all these three transactions for more than 1500 rupees. I need help regarding if I will receive my shipments by 30 th March at all, if not please help me get a refund. Thank you.
            The attached are the screenshots of the dholdhamaka purchases I made including the two order numbers.

            Maine pehli baar dholdhamaka.com par ek order book kiya. jisme do item book kiye..par delivery parcel me ek hi item received hua..wo bhi fully damaged

            so i contact dholdhamaka.com contact no. [protected] but this number not right.
            please don't purchase any item from dholdhamaka.com

              i had orderd a pair of sky lanters for Diwali on dholdhamaka.com site on 14th Oct 2014, i had made an online payment for the same as the site claimed that that if payments are made then the order will be shipped within 3-4 days . I recived an email saying that my order was placed and my order number was[protected] . But till today that is 27th Oct i have not recieved my order and my order status on their site shows as order processing. I tried contacting their customer care phone number -[protected] which rings all the time but nobody picks the call . I also tried contacting their support email team but there was only one response from the team that due to heavy diwali rush there was delay in my order and they told me to track my order with the AWB (way bill) number with Blue dart courier .But the point is i have not received any AWB number form the Dholdhamaka team as my order is still lying as processing . i tried raising tickets with their support team about my waybill number and my order status but there is no response and the tickets are still lying there as processing . Please help me with this as if they cannot ship my order atleast they can refund my money at the earliest .
