I called them almost 10 times paid 175 for express delivery but they didn't deliver

After 4pm the phone was switched off. Looks like this is a fraud company

      The Kolkata Online Florists cheated and committed Fraud on several occasions for order number order # HKOF-[protected]
      date - 15th Oct 2020 --- as part of resolution I would require a FULL REFUND of my entire money RS. 2070 and some additional penalty to them maybe 10% of order amount Rs. 200 penalty to be paid by them for ruining customer surprise and harrassing recipient to come and collect delivery outside home on the road?

      a) Paid extra money for delivery to be made before 10 am but delivery was made after 6 pm in the evening
      b) They delivered a completely different cake and bouquet, check attached pictures as proof, the cake was melted, it was not chocolate truffle and tasted like coconut-chocolate mix flavor very bad... the bouquet roses were not fresh and completely different, no decoration as shown in their picture
      c) The delivery guy continuously called the recipient and informed that a bouquet will arrive in my name in an hour (called at 5 pm that he's in Dum Dum) and when he reached near the house, he called recipient and harrassed to come down on the GT Road (Very far from home) to collect as he will miss his auto rickshaw, this was so ridiculous... ultimately when recipient denied, he was forced to come home and make delivery

      They ruined the gift that was selected, they ruined the surprise element, they ruined the delivery time, and moreover harrassed a lady

        They collected extra money for early deliver before 10 am and said later on their customer care whatsapp chat that they cannot delivery until 5 pm.. I asked couple of times for refund and they didn't say anything to it... just said since the location is far we couldnt deliver on time.. they collect the pincode information when online order is booked and collect extra money beforehand so they are responsible to deliver on the confirmed time and/ or refund full money.

          I have ordered a "mixed roses premium bouquett accompanied with 12 mixed roses tied in a net tissue" for my wife on my anniversary.

          But i found she received 10 roses of red and yellow combination.. Wrapped in a cellophane paper. The photo attached what i received...

          The cost of the product which i ordered was rs 455, the cost of thr product ehich i received should not be more than 150/-.

          I am very much disappointed with the service and felt very emabarrased when it was received...
          Moreover the gift was delivered at the end of day..
          There is no customer care number or complain email id in there website so that i could make my complain.

            My order no kof[protected]m with customer details as cmh121c. The cake and flowers were to be delivered on 10th october 2016. The cake and flowers as promised is not delivered. I'm very disappointed with the services. They do not responds on their customer service. Pathetic service. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.. Highly disappointed. They do not have an online telephone no on which u can call. Very very bad online service.

              Fraud company.
              This is height of lying.
              1. Customer service is not available most of the time even though its written as 24*7. Very poor service. Most of the bpo people are in the roads while doing their jobs. Bad behaviour.
              2. Delivery was suppose to happen on the same/next day. It wasn't done at all.
              3. They fake quality and hygiene of products.

              Managers and senior executives do not some on calls.

                This feedback is in regards to the above order which was placed on the 7th of May, with high hope and aspiration that the order will be delivered seamlessly. However out of my utter dismay, I am embarrassed infront of my Mother in Law. I wanted to surprise her with the bouquet of flowers on Mother s Day, but the experience became a disaster due to your handling agent. When I placed the order on the 7th I had a talk with your customer handling agent Mr Karanjeet. He assured me that the order will be sent by 8th within that day. I placed a request if the order can be delivered within the first hour would be really great. However the story turned out to be different. My mom in law waited until 3 pm for the bouquet of flower untill today. After that also, your handlers were failed to deliver it. And on TOP of that they threatened her to call us and tell us to cancel this order!
                Seriously!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!it is not about the money but more about the sentimental value!!!
                I am shocked, I don't know how to show my face to her. With this kind of commitment I have a big doubt how you guys can sustain in this competitive world. Forget about that, there s no Respect for elders.
                I am awaiting for an explanation from your end!
                The helpline number is unreachable and feedback section not responding!!!

                  This website had shown a lovely bouquet for which I paid 900+ and they delivered simple roses which I could have got in less than half of the price. I asked to re-deliver or refund, they simply replied as per availability they can change item... BULL S**T Then as per availability they should remove items from site like other e-commerce sites remove unavailable items or atleast ask customer before delivering something else. I want my money back. Pic of displayed and delivered items are attached.

                    Order No. HKOF[protected] What a horrible service this online stores give.They don't at all bother about customer .First of all they deliver bad quality things, then call be back and said that they cannot pay any compensation for that since they don't have hdfc gateway to return back to the money to debit card .And now when I am calling thenm they are disconnecting the call.                       Last Saturday I ordered a cake for my father's birthday from Bangalore.They delivered the cake by 5.30 pm Tuesday .After some time I got a call from my home that the cake they have delivered is not at all baked properly and smelling like artificial gum and kerosine.My order number is Order No. HKOF[protected] .
                      They are cheating the customers who stays far away and ordered online.I call their customer service multiple times and I don't know what telephone connections they use or they stay in a remote area where there is no network, since every time they disconnect the phone saying unable to hear.Wow! what a wonderful customer service.

                      I will never order from this website any more and make sure that my friends and relatives also don't order from here.

                        I have ordered a cake and flower for my Father's birth day. I ordered on 10th May, and mentioned delivery date as 11th Morning. Today is 12th afternoon..my product yet not delivered.. Birthday is over and my gift did not reach to my parents... I already paid almost 1000 bucks for it. And the worst part is they dint pick up call, every time they are saying all executives are busy which is absurd. I have tried at least 30 to 40 times since yesterday. And they even don't respond to my email complaint.. Its horrible. My money is gone, my parents occasion got spoiled and I am not receiving a single hear back from them.

                          A order for delivering flowers was made on 20st February at about 1:10 pm (Order no :HKOF[protected] for delivering fresh flower bouquet to Howrah on date 21st February. As this was a birthday present, a request was made to deliver the bouquet along with a big birthday card in the morning itself, by 9 am. On 21st February, when the recipient did not receive the gift till 12 pm in the afternoon, the customer service was called to enquire about the status. It took 30 minutes of constant and persistent effort to get to speak to a customer service representative of kolkataonlineflorists. They informed that as per policy they cannot commit on time but the bouquet would be delivered on the scheduled date anytime before 8:30 pm in the night. I tried to explain that a birthday gift at 8:30 pm at night does not makes sense, they communicated that that it is the latest time but they expect the bouquet to be delivered by evening. At about 5:30 pm, the customer service was again called they informed that the delivery was on the way.

                          At about 6:30 pm the recipient received a call from the delivery agent asking for directions to the address, and the directions and address was explained. Till 9 pm, when the delivery was not received, the customer service was again reached out and they said that they are going to call back with the details about the delivery. Till 10 pm their was no call from the florist and the customer service was again reached out. It was communicated that as the order was not delivered on the day, a cancellation request be taken and the money refunded. The customer service agent informed that they have forwarded a refund request. On 22nd February 8:00 am in the morning, the recipient received a flower bouquet, but the flowers were stale as perhaps it was the same bouquet meant to be delivered the previous day . The birthday card added to the order was also missing. I reached out to the customer service, raised a ticket (CSDko[protected] on 22nd February compalining about the issue and asking for a refund as the delivery commitment was not met. But the customer service did not pay any attention to the delivery commitment issue and said that I need to send them a picture of the flower so that they can investigate, if it was stale . I replied back saying that they should have the attention on the delayed delivery date of flowers and it is implied that a flower gift if delivered one day late will be stale. But they closed the ticket saying that I have not send picture of the flowers in 48 hrs so the ticket is closed.

                          I feel harassed, cheated and extremely agonised with entire incident and to have gifted a stale flowers to a beloved one day after the birthday.


                          I would request everybody not to use kolkataonlineflorists for delivering gifts to their beloved as they do not honour commitments, have a very rude and awful customer service and even do not comply by their service agreements.

                          I want to have a refund of the amount paid for the order as the entire purpose of the gift was not at all served and created a lot of mental agony to me and person I have sent the gift to.

                            4. Refund process is absolutely screwed up. The customer care executive said there is a different department and complete cycle with take 15 days.

                            When i asked for the address they refused to let me know the showroom address

                            i doubt I’ll even get a refund :(

                              Hi,
                              The customer service department of Kolkataonlineflorists.com is absolute rubbish. They are not courteous and one of them even hung up the phone while I was still speaking.

                              The website takes ages to update status of the order (48 hours gone and still nothing).

                              If a person is cancelling the order, neither is there any sms or any mail which states that the order has been cancelled and by this many days a refund will be done.

                              My order no. is HKOF[protected] and just because of the terrible service both in terms of web updates and delivery timing, I called up the customer care today ( 4/4/13) to cancel my order, I have no clue if the order has been cancelled and if I would get back the money or not.
                              Never Ordering anything again from this website and will recommend the same to friends and family.

                                I ordered for a gift on Saturday, I got a confirmation saying my delivery confirmation would be sent as soon as possible. Its been 2 days no confirmation yet. Money has been taken out from my account and customer care number [protected] not picking it up. its frustrating..I could see similar kind of situation happened to so many other people who have used their services. I wish I did the read the review first before ordering 1500 Rs worth gift from their site.

                                Any help would be much appreciated.

                                  My name is Avishek Saha. I placed an online order at kolkataonlineflorists.com on 13.02.08 to deliver a bouqiet, cake, ballons to a specified address on 14th february.

                                  For this they charged Rs. 1665 and I paid it by my credit card.
                                  Stil today the ordered flower and cake is not reached to the specified address,but the amount is being debited form my credit card account.
                                  I got the customer care number from its wensite ( www.kokataonlineflorists.com), i.e. [protected],
                                  whenever i tried to contactwith this number, the mobile is swicth off.
                                  Even I cannot able to lunch a complian from thier website with my user id and password. but i can see the status of the order with the same user id and password.

                                  Can you please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                                  I fully agree with what has been written, I had also placed an order using hyderabadonlineflorists.com, which has customer care number [protected] and the order was never delivered.

                                  Please be careful.
                                  I was very worried after I saw your complaint so I cross-checked and they have indeed delivered my order which was due today. I suggest you call their shop Right Florists directly 24655860 or their delivery centre[protected]found these numbers from telephone directories online and voila they responded). I just called them to check on my order. Hope this helps.
                                  I fully agree what has been written, I also placed an order with kolkataonlineflorists.com in May 2009 and it was not delivered but the money has been debited from my credit card.

                                  So be very careful...
                                  They are FRAUD, I made a mistake of not searching their name before order.

                                  I ordered <B>Gulab Jamun from Haldiram with Free Rakhi, Roli Tilak and Chawal</B> but they delievered only Rakhi. They are not reachable.

                                  DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THEM
