DHS — claim status closed without giving any reason

Dear sir,

Please refer to the trail mail,

You have closed the status of claim no dhs17z049573 & dhs17y049573. And mentioned the reason wrongly intimated,

While asking the reason for closed status on customer care, they were unable to answer the reason and has given the mobile no for asking but mobile no is not picked up till now. We have tryed to contacted on mobile 100 times

Kindly either open the claim or said reason for wrongly intimated
