Hi, I have booked 2 ticket attached are PDF on Oct-15 through RED bus website from Bangalore to hubli for Nov 09 travel (for Dewali). Today redbus calling me and telling that bus has been canceled and there is no alternative bus arranged. We are facing problem in booking the ticket as all the tickets are full now and no seat is available. This problem we faced last year also. When i called them they are not even ready to talk with me and just cut the call telling issue with operation and we canceled the bus. below is their contact number [protected].
