Diamond Tours And Travels — Irresponsible tour operator, no coordination with booking portal

My name is Sandip Patil. I booked a ticket from Pune to Bangalore on 3rd January 2016 on redbus, the tour operator was Diamond Tours & Travels. Bus departure time from Katraj (Pune) was 3:30PM. This stupid tour operator called me around 12:30 & said your bus has been cancelled. I mean 3, 4 hours before they are telling your bus has been cancelled & the most important thing is - they haven't arranged any alternate bus as well. And the result is my journey was completely spoiled because of their bad service & unmanaged tour operation. I had to take leave for my office for next day. Up to here they did not finished their stupidity. The next thing is some one called me from diamond tours & travels & said you will get your money refund within 7 working days. I wait till next Saturday according to his statement, but i did not received my money till the assured date. Then Sunday 10th January i called to redbus & asked about my refund status. Redbus representative told - we did not get any information from tour operator let me confirm from tour operator. I mean how irresponsibly this stupid tour operator providing services. They haven't given any confirmation up to one week to redbus after the cancellation of their bus. Please never book your ticket with this stupid tour operator. They are not following any standard. Not providing even average services. After cancelled the bus not providing any alternate bus. Not providing good customer support & even there is no co ordination with booking portal.
