Digicartz — android tv box | |||
I ordered one android box(mi) from digicartz, the product id is#17397. The product was delivered in time. When i opened the product it did not suit my requirements, and i decided to return it back. I raised return request on their website which was not acknowledged by them. I re raised the request but still no reply from them. I called up their helpline, first they picked up and told me write the reason and submit again thereafter they refused to return. The person online was the owner (as he told me) and he said that our return policy states that we only return products for whom we can claim warranty from the original company. This firm is importing products from china which are officially not available in india. Now this box is of no use to me and i want to send it back. When i spoke to the person (owner as per him) on their helpline and tried to explain my situation he said he will try to get the return and will get back and call me the next day, but still there is no response from their end. They are not honouring their own words. Digicartz should not take customers for a ride, as i felt one can order with ease from them but while returns they have all sort of reasons to not do so. This has caused me immense harassment as they are refusing for a return and neither replying in befitting manner. Was this information helpful? | |||
