Digicartz — not taking return for faulty product

I bought kingwear kc05 gps smart watch on 12/08/29/2019, there was a problem with watch, gesture not working properly and battery back up is very poor, i have raised return request on 20/08/2019 (As per their return policy, the product should be returned with in 10 days), still they haven't taken any action for return request, status shows like awaiting for product, i haven't received any intimation regarding this
