I bought kingwear kc05 gps smart watch on 12/08/29/2019, there was a problem with watch, gesture not working properly and battery back up is very poor, i have raised return request on 20/08/2019 (As per their return policy, the product should be returned with in 10 days), still they haven't taken any action for return request, status shows like awaiting for product, i haven't received any intimation regarding this...

I ordered one android box(mi) from digicartz, the product id is#17397. The product was delivered in time. When i opened the product it did not suit my requirements, and i decided to return it back. I raised return request on their website which was not acknowledged by them. I re raised the request but still no reply from them.
