I am proprietor of Royal Fashionz engaged in retail of ready-made garments. I got products listed on AMAZON and needed some technical help and contracted M/s DIGICOMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLP
A-5, Sector - 4, Noida - 201301, U.P.
I paid them Rs. 14, 100 towards fee for three months assistance, renewable after every three months.

they were very polite and prompt till the payment was made. Once the amount was paid there was no response from DIGICOMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLP A-5, Sector - 4, Noida - 201301, U.P.
DIGICOMMERCE SOLUTIONS LLP A-5, Sector - 4, Noida - 201301, U.P seems to have no resources to take up the job. They kept fooling me from time to time but nothing was done. I have a registered brand and it is registered with Amazon but they listed my products (part listing is done)
as generic a term used for non branded items. I tried to contact them but my messages or mails were unanswered. My mails are self evident.

I cancelled the contract and sked them to refund the amount but they has agaisn not responded to may many mails.

I need my money back with damages for harassment and business loss.
