On December 2021, we have a email conversation about the services the they are giving to us about the product listing on the various e commerce platforms AMAZON FLIPKART MEESHO AND EBAY, as per the policy we have made the advance of 15000 plus gst and they have started work.
after some time they were not entertaining our calls and messages.

due to these things we have personally visited there premises and after the meet we were force to make the remaining full balance as per the quotation 10000 plus gst, than only they will get complete work done.

after this alo we have made payment on there request and now onwards they are not reponding the calls and messages.

after this we have again visited there premises for again requesting the work completion, than the same things happend the y are not replying on call or message.

we request them to refund the whole amount as per the quotation and the expenses done to visit there the places should be add in refund value.(approx visit expense 15000.00)
