I am writing to lodge a complaint against Digicommerce Solutions LLP, a company that claims to offer e-commerce and online marketplace services such as Amazon/Flipkart seller account setup, product listing, and management.
On 26/06/2025, I paid a total amount of ₹ 10620 to Digicommerce Solutions LLP after speaking with their sales representatives — Gaurav Rana, Abhishek, Kapil, and Lakshya. They assured me that the service would be fully delivered within 15–20 days, including seller account creation, product listing, and catalog setup.
Despite repeated follow-ups, no work has been delivered. They have completely stopped responding to my calls and messages. I have all proof of communication and payment (attached/screenshots available). They made fake promises and wasted my time for over a month.
This is clear cheating, breach of trust, and service fraud.
I respectfully request that:
A full refund of ₹[Insert Amount] be initiated immediately.
