Hi im a student, i have get a call from the digital company services, the girl name hiba shaik spoke to me about the form filling job, 1000 forms with in 10 days.

I have quickly forced to sign their agreement, after that they ignore my calls, and send the files late after oneday, and not respond me properly. Eventhough i finished and submit the forms within 9 days they send me a fake report of qc failed.

And they continuosly mail me in the names of legal department advocates like vaibhav guptha, athul patel, m. Patel, sathish sharma. And also called me and harrass me to pay the money of 5400 otherwise they said they will file a case on me on the section of 73, 74.

On 21.08.2019 i paid the money 5400, and they again demad 4500 money for case closing and i also paid that amount, totally 9900. But they call me and demand another 4200 as a digital signature fees and judge fees. Im totally depressed to pay the money as a student with no jobs.

Im scared because they threaten me that they will spoil my future through the court. Im helpless now, i have no more money to pay them. Please help me to get rid of this problem. If you have any solutions.
