This is to bring into light that the company, Digital Services from Latur, Maharashtra (as claimed by them) have misguided me with a fake online job and also by taking advantage of my interest to work online for them. I had approached them on November 13, 2018 and they offered me the opportunity to work on the project which was about filling up 1000 forms in 10 days. They took soft copies of my Aadhar Card and my colored passport sized photographs and sent me a copy of an agreement. They did not warn me about the strict terms and conditions of the agreement. They quickly made me agree to that agreement through an online process by sending a text message consisting of One Time Password (OTP) into my mobile phone. They carried out a verification call in which the lady was extremely impatient and was only interested to blabber out certain informative content from her end. The lady did not listen properly to my doubts and disconnected the call in a hurry while I was speaking. There was delayed communication from them regarding my login credentials, my time period of work and so on. In fact I had to call them repeatedly and receive those information. On multiple occasions, I had found that their contact number remained busy. They even hung up my calls on one or two occasions. Anyway, after starting my work, I found that the target of filling 1000 forms in 10 days was very steep. I faced technical issues in their online job portal at regular intervals while working. But, their helpline number used to remain busy most of the time. Their helpline emails used to send me delayed response. It was really pathetic working for them from November 15, 2018 to November 24, 2018. I could not fill 1000 forms in 10 days. But, I successfully filled up 900 forms in 10 days. But, their portal did not accept my submission and multiple options in their online portal did not function properly. This was on Saturday, November 24, 2018, the 10th day of my work. I tried reaching their helpline number and found that it was switched off. I sent an email in their helpline email address. They replied me on Monday, November 26, 2018. From that day, November 26, 2018, they started blaming me for failure/non submission of my work, whereas, their web portal had technical issues. They were not ready to accept it at all. They sent me emails containing threats of strict legal actions. In fact, I never asked any payment from them because from my end I had opted me out because I could not fill 1000 forms in 10 days. But, I filled up 900 forms in 10 days. (the cut off number). But, as discussed earlier, they were supposed to share me the Quality Check report of my work. They did not share any such report. Instead of paying me money for those 900 forms, they were demanding money from me by putting forward the copy of that agreement. They hardly gave me time to read the agreement which had such stringent terms and conditions. On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, I received emails and phone calls with threats from people claiming to be lawyers. They have threatened me with legal actions. Although it hardly bothered me because I am ready to fight appropriately in case there is any such urgency. This is the story so far. The same situation is going on with me as well.
I filled all 1000 forms and they said QC report failed and sent me a lawyer notice in the name of Minhaz. M. Patel
and demanding money as compensation of breaching agreement. Otherwise, I have to attend court.

Bhai im also facing this problem eventhough i successfully finish the job, they threaten me from 21.8.2019, and i have paid 9900 rupees but they demand me more money around 15000 to 30000...pls help me if u have any solutions..

Hello everyone the same company made call to me on Nov 14 a girl named Priya Jaiswal made call to me and without informing anything about agreement she made me to sign in with OTP and after I had submitted their project with filled 1000 forms now instead of paying me they are demanding money from me and sending legal notices soft copy to my mail ...so what to do did any one came out from this problem and did anyone paid money to them please reply me as soon as possible please

I filled 1000 forms in 9 days and at the time of submission their helpline email id found fake and it showed address not found so I made call to helpline number and got another email id and submitted my project and now they are saying that it QC is failed and u need to pay penalty to company as at the time of providing job a girl named Priya Jaiswal made call to me and she didn't informed me about the agreement and penalty rules...and from yesterday am getting calls and mails from the company and they are demanding for money and they are saying that in case of fail to pay money u need to face legal problems and sending me legal notices from their lawyer named chetan Patel and he is saying that if I don't pay the money I need to attend Latur court for legal action so please some one help me to come out from this please
Digital Services is a fraud company. They are also demanding money from me.Rs 5200/-. Advocate Pranab Desai is calling me for money and even they are sending messages to submit money immediately.

The offer was from a company named Digital Sevices, Latur, , Maharashtra. Though I was hesitant initially she kept me calling me persistently asking me to avail the job and within a matter of few minutes she made me apply for this job on the same date. I was also asked to submit a soft copy of my aadhar and passport size photograph. after that, they had sent me a "Lisence Agreement" in which it was also stated that I won't be paid any remuneration if I failed to submit the work within 10 days or if the work had "Accuracy Errors". The work was to fill 1000 forms in 10 days. I got the work assignment by evening around 6.00 pm on the same day(4th December 2018)in my mail. I promptly started working as soon as I got the work and completed it in 9 days that is on 12th of December. In between, I did not get any guidance or assistance from the said helpdesk of this company which is when I started being suspicious of the authenticity of the above online company. Though I submitted all the 1000 forms correctly on the 9th day, on 12th December 2018. Today on13th December 2018 I received a legal notice threatening me with legal action if I fail to pay them a total sum of 8200rs(Rs.5200- registration charge + Rs.3000 legal liability charge) as they say i had breached one of their agreement resulting in termination of my so-called contract of 11 months. Instead of paying me for the work that I did I am being harassed to pay them a lumpsum amount.. When I tried to contact this company through the contact number provided by the helpdesk [protected] and the contact no. of Zeba Khan (who introduced me to this work), all the numbers were busy even after repeated attempts.
Thereafter there has been continuous harassment with repeated calls and emails from people who address themselves as advocates and lawyers from "advocate associate" with dire consequences if Rs 8200 is not paid within 4 days and if I fail to do so serious consequences await me at Latur Court. the emails come from [protected]@gmail.com mail id and the pdf file (Legal Notice) was addressed from M.Patel, advocate, enrollment no.2203/2018.

Why can't these fraud people be caught by Cops, I can't understand this? They're making innocent and needy people as their targets, and people are afraid of getting into these kind of messes. I don't know what should I do as I am also standing in this line being fraud by this Digital Services, Latur.

It's the same with me. I completed my work and after submitting they are asking me penalty of 5200 rs as my QC is failed. Today I got the call, the name of the associate is Arush Shukla according to truecaller. This is just harassment as filling up 1000 forms is not a joke and they are trying to earn money using such disgraceful tactics. It's a shame.

The same thing is happening with me. I completed my work on time and checked it multiple times and submitted . Now they are calling me and asking me to pay 8550/- as my QC report is failed. They are sending mails in the name of advocate.I m just ignoring their calls and mails.

Hello All, the same thing is happening with me. The procedure was exactly the same first a call from Farheen Shaikh telling me about company Digital Services and offering part time form filing work from home, then a verification call with agreement email. I asked the lady if I couldn't perform the work or want to to terminate my registration within 24 hours then 'will I have to pay any amount?'
Farheen replied, 'No, if you cancel the registration within 24 hours then you don't have to pay any amount or a single rupee.'
I sent the mail for cancellation before they sent me the username and password which i haven't used, to namely their helpline id helpline.[protected]@gmail.com(this is fake because I got revert mail that the email address isn't registered at 12:30pm), helpline.[protected]@gmail.com (where the helpline lady said there's no mail, but I have the successful submitted mail message), the email address from where they sent me the agreement, Farheen Shaikh's email address.
But they're all threatening me to deposit 2000rs for their cancellation charges otherwise they will take severe legal actions. I have everything in written and have all the copies of my conversations with them but I am still afraid. I don't have money to pay them. I have also blocked their email addresses as well as their phone numbers. Also, I haven't logged in into their account and requested the cancellation within 7 hours.

Same i got today company change there name as synergy outsourcing services. Did you get any legal notice at your home later? Did u paid any money to them?
