Issue: The cage handle worth ₹4, 799 was missing from the delivery.
Complaint:
My first order with Digitek has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience both in terms of product fulfillment and customer support.
I ordered a camera cage and a cage handle from Digitek’s official website. When the package arrived, it only contained the cage the handle was missing, amounting to a loss of ₹4, 799.
I immediately reached out to their support team, expecting a simple and modern resolution process. Instead, I was met with scripted responses demanding unboxing videos and invoices shifting the entire burden onto me instead of doing a basic internal check with their dispatch or logistics team.
To be clear I did not make an unboxing video, as it didn’t cross my mind for a small order like this. I didn’t expect to be cheated over a petty amount.
Today, support initially claimed they were “working on it, ” but after asking for a status update, communication completely stalled. I am now receiving no response.
What I Expect:
Digitek needs to:
Acknowledge and take full responsibility for the missing item
Check internally with their dispatch/logistics team
Either send the missing cage handle without further delay
Or issue a full refund for the handle (₹4, 799)
This is no longer just about the money it’s about basic trust, integrity, and accountability.
Final Note:
If the issue is resolved, I will update this complaint.
But as of now, I cannot recommend Digitek to anyone expecting reliable products or professional after-sales support.
