I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of response from your company after submission of my claim form.

Policy No.: DI18796

Order Date: 18 February 2026

Amount Paid: ₹1, 243.20

Status: Order Placed

I have already submitted the required claim form and documents. However, till date:

I have not received any response from your company.

No representative has contacted me regarding the claim status.

There has been no update on the progress of my claim.

Despite waiting for a reasonable period, there has been complete silence from your end, which is highly disappointing.

I kindly request you to:

Confirm receipt of my claim documents.

Provide the current status of my claim.

Inform me of the expected timeline for resolution.

If I do not receive a response within 7 working days, I may be compelled to escalate this matter to higher authorities and the insurance grievance redressal authority.

I look forward to your immediate response.
