I purchased a mobile insurance policy from DigitInsure (digitinsure.co.in) on October 18, 2024, for my Samsung phone worth ₹71, 000. The policy number is DI13249, and I paid ₹2, 953.60 for a plan that claims to cover screen damage and theft.
Since purchase, the claim process is non-functional. Multiple attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered. Based on several similar online complaints, it appears this company is not honoring its services and may be fraudulent.
