I purchased a mobile insurance policy from DigitInsure (digitinsure.co.in) on October 18, 2024, for my Samsung phone worth ₹71, 000. The policy number is DI13249, and I paid ₹2, 953.60 for a plan that claims to cover screen damage and theft.

Its a fraud company. they are not answering the call over the customer number and email id provided in web site.

Now they are not responding through email or customer care....

I confidently purchased phone insurance from Digitinsure on September 27th. However, upon attempting to login to their website, https://digitinsure.co.in, for verification, I encountered an issue. It required a username and password, which I had never created for their website. Despite my attempts to reset the password, I was unsuccessful. Additionally, I tried contacting them through their phone number, [protected], but received no response....

Take insurance but found that they are fraud as they not responding over call or mail...

I purchase a mobile insurance policy and my police is still processing. there is know response from the customer care. I think this company is a fraud.
