Hi sir/mam, its been very long time i requested a redemption of my points but it still shows initiated. Please help me with this issue. Also i still get snippets not available banner whenever i try to complete tasks. Even i did not get any support for the ticket i raised earlier for the same. This being a government portal i expected easy transfer of the money. When i try connecting to the toll free number it always remain busy. Could you take this issue and resolve with priority. After registration properly in digitize india website,
When i tried to log in with correct credentials on the website, it always shows the "incorrect login" as an error.
I tried to log in more than 50 times on this site with correct information but still, the same error/problem occurs.
Please resolve it soon so that i can start my work on this website...

I registered digitize india. After successful registration when i sign in i fill correct credentials but it shows incorrect login as error. I try 100 times in last three days but it shows incorrect login as error always. Please resolve it. This site has many problems please solve them. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

There is no snippet available for the last 20 days and the rewards are not being redeemed monthly and hence only wasting the time. The Government is not instructing to pay the rewards in time and to make available snippets.
