[Resolved]  Dineout — Not refunding the payment made in wrong restaurant

We made a payment in the wrong restaurant "Chill, Hometel" through the Dineout and later paid the money to actual restaurant "Chili, Elante Mall" by the mode of cash. The next day i registered a complaint for the refund with both restaurant's bills, dineout ensured that i will get money in 7 days and now the whole week has been passed and still i have not recieved any text or mail through them, nobody even responds well to this situation. The complaint Reference ID: 674612 and the amount is 2754 rupees. Please help in this situation, this is really frustrating. I am struggling to get my own money back.

Dineout paid the money back in exact 10 days ! So if anybody else facing the same problem i suggest to call dineout customer care and directly submit a complaint along with the bills and have patience you wil get the money back !
