[Resolved]  Dineout — refund of wrongly paid amount not received

On 29th february 2020, i had visited tgi friday's, elgin, kolkata at 2pm and another reservation at chilis grill and bar, kasba, kolkata at 4.15pm. While paying the bill at tgi friday's, i wrongly paid the bill amount to chilis american grill and bar via google pay - an amount of ₹1959.

On the same day i contacted dineout support and raised a ticket with number 473863.

It has been 8 days (As of today, 8th march) since my ticket was raised and issue was registered. Initially, i was informed by your support team that it would take 4-5 working days to issue the refund i had sought. I had received an email from [protected]@dineout.co.in saying they are "working on it" but i haven't received any email from them after march 2nd, nor have they replied to any new email sent.

I hereby seek a refund of the amount wrongly paid at chilis american grill and bar, kasba, kolkata.

Attached below are the supporting documents viz., payment invoice of chilis american grill and bar, payment invoice of tgi friday's and the actual copy of the bill from tgi friday's.

The same should reflect back within 7-10 business days into the account from which payment was made.
