Refund for a wrong payment

I have paid for a wrong restaurant.
I need a refund for my payment. Plz look into the matter urgently as that was not a short amount.

Dineout has expired validity from Dineout My Cash without any pre intimation
Dineout has expired validity from my Dineout My Cash without any pre intimation for amount of INR 1328.

Dineout has responded in very irresponsible manner stating - the amount INR 1328of Mycash cannot be extended any further as the validity of Mycash is only for 365 days.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Since no pre intimation was given to me by any means(verbal, message or mail) - this is totally fraud way adopted by Dineout to make loss of INR 1328 without any intimation .

Please support being INR 1328 my hard earned money.

    Dineout has expired validity from my Dineout My Cash without any pre intimation for amount of INR 3220.

    The above mentioned complaint was raised after calling Dineout Dineout call center number [protected] on sunday 19th March 2023.

    Dineout has responded in very irresponsible manner stating - the amount INR 3220 of Mycash cannot be extended any further as the validity of Mycash is only for 365 days.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Since no pre intimation was given to me by any means(verbal, message or mail) - this is totally fraud way adopted by Dineout to make loss of INR 3220 without any intimation .

    Please support being INR 3220 my hard earned money.

      I contacted dineout but no resolution. Amount got deducted from the account but dineout sent me failure msg. Even after contacting the help centre, they stopped they chat without providing any help or resolution. They are harassing people by doing such things.

        I tried to get help from dineout regarding my payment. It did not resolve it. My amout got deducted from the account but i received failure msg from dineout. Even after asking for help no resution is provided

          Money got deducted from my account but on dineout its showing payment failed. Restaurant said im not responsible for that you have to check with dineout and they said you have to again and amount was paid by me from another account.
          Such a pathetic service by them i already called them from last 10 days but no one taking action on payment

              I paid at Urban Masala Restaurant, Kolkata of Rs.530(Transaction ID - ORDER[protected] whereas my bill was Rs.557. So I made a new payment from Dineout pay of Rs.557(Transaction ID - ORDER[protected] and registered a complaint about refunding Rs.530 which was an improper payment.

                Mistakenly, I paid for a bill at Spice Caves restaurant through dineout. But the manager told me that they aren't collaborated with dineout now. so I had to pay them again through upi. I complained about it to the dine out cutomer care and they assured that the money will get refunded within 7 days. it;s been 10 days and i haven't recieved my money yet.

                    Refund of wrong payment done via dineout #697380

                    Wrong amount was paid to the restaurant via dineout app on the the 25th of March.
                    Following which the correct amount was also paid.
                    The proof of transaction and details are attached

                    The full bill was attached in the dineout in-app msg to the customer care while raising the complaint

                    Unfortunately the image was not saved locally and the only copy (image) of the bill we have has been attached br...

                      I have booked a reservation of 10 guest through dineout app for "64/6 - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson" restaurant and did the payment of r.s 5967 after discount. But the restaurant didn't accepted that payment and ask us to pay directly to them then only they will allow us to the restaurant.
                      Restaurant also assured that the amount that i paid through dineout will get refunded when dineout people will reach to restaurant about the same issue.
                      Same time while in the restaurant i also had a word with dineout customer executive and he also told me to sent an email about the same query and it will get resolved.
                      I have invited 10 guests and getting confirmed from dineout customer executive about the payment refund, i paid the money to restaurant "64/6 - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson" by the mode of POS.

                      I raised the complaint for the refund through email while sitting in the restaurant.

                      I have provided the Bill receipt that i received from restaurant, dineout ensured that i will get money in 7 days and now the whole week has been passed and still i have not received any text or mail through them, nobody even responds well to this situation.

                      Please help in this situation, this is really frustrating.
                      I am struggling to get my own money back.

                          We made a payment in the wrong restaurant "The Penthouze" through the Dineout and later paid the money by the mode of Phonepe. The next day i registered a complaint for the refund with both invoices, dineout ensured that i will get money in 3 days and now the whole week has been passed and still i have not recieved any text or mail through them, nobody even responds well to this situation. The complaint Reference ID: 690019 and the amount is 3025 rupees. Please help in this situation, this is really frustrating. I am struggling to get my own money back.

                            We had booked fisco resto bar on 10 November but at the time of entering the restaurant we were being told you won't be getting any discount we were forced to pay full bill not getting any discount.please look into it the total bill was 14000
                            Money got deducted from my account but on dineout its showing payment failed.
                            Such a pathetic service by them, I already called with dineout support team but they are not taking any action.

                              We celebrated a birthday at Myra, Ramada, Udaipur on 7 November booking a table for 15 through the Dineout app. As a Dineout passport holder, a 25% discount was offered by Dineout on the bill.

                              When we paid through the Dineout app the full amount of INR 20000 was debited. The manager informed us that Dineout would credit 25% to our account shortly. The rebate credit was not received 24 hours later so we contacted Dineout. Their customer care accepted the mistake and promised to refund 25%. Then we received an email saying the issue was resolved when it was not. Next, an email stated that we had opted for buffet 1+1 which was unheard of till that moment! Obviously, we could not have opted for it.

                              To date, the 25% is not refunded.

                                  I have been using Dineout for two months now and their reservations are always denied. Without exception. Much more effective to just call the restaurant and avoid Dineout.

                                    i had made a payment but the restaurant did no receive it..i called customer care and they told to make the payment once more by the link provided by the restaurant and the 2nd payment succeeded
                                    they told the 1st payment which was not credited to restaurant will be refunded in 2days and more than 15days has passed still on refund..i call the customer care, mailed several times but they give excuses that they are unable to contact with the restaurant and they will solve the issue within 48hrs …everytime i get to hear this..i have also seen lots of complaints in their twitter account also..

                                      On 19 oct 2021, i had visited the flying dutchman, noida sec-32 at 1pm and another reservation at skyhouse cafe and bar, noida sec-135.                                         Hello, i have went to my bar headquaters noida on 14 oct and made payment through dineout via upi...for 2 times paying through upi it got stuck on google pay and there was failed status on the dineout pay.and i have to made payment becoz without that i wont be allowed exit.then i made payment through debit card mode on dineout...and now yesterday those both payments got success on google pay..i have contacted customer care no of dineout but that lady said i cant do anything...i cant track order id o[censored]pi ..provide me dineout id..how will i provide her dineout order is there status was fail...and she is saying if it got failed you will get refund...please provide me genuine reply...please take action into this matter...i have attached both the upi transactions screenshot that got stuck that day..but now it is showing success..and also attaching debit card mode payment which got success..please help

                                                My complaint ticket no on dineout is 617604.I had made reservations at dineout at two restaurants and by mistake the payment was made at the restaurant which i had not visited. I had immediately contacted customer support and they assured me that it will be resoved withing 7 days.i provided them with all the relevant invoices and bills they needed.its been 8 days now.I have been repeatedly calking and and emailed then several times and still i haven't received the refund.
