Dinesh — Ao smith water purifier issue

Purchased ao smith water purifier on March 20th 2022, the next day installation person tried to install it in my home, but he said there is a leakage, and with out our knowledge he tries to replace the damaged part with some old used parts, as a installation person his job is to install the new product and to service the new product at customer place, we spoked to both ao smith managers, and vasanth and co show room managers to replace with new Ao smith water purifier, many person from Ao smith are calling me and trying to convince me to use the damaged product, i completely unsatisfied with his, i strongly conveyed that we need a brand new product. Very much disappointed with this purchase
