i have relince broad band internet connecrtion. Every mont net will not work for 4 - 7 days. if we call to costmer care it keepon waiting more than 30 mins i waited but no response from thier. thn i went to relince headoffice in chennai they said we will qure the issue. but i said to cancle my connection thn they given a mail id to send for cancleation i send mail but is shows delivery failer...thn i tryed in another account it also same...
