dinesh — Faulty Mother Board

I had lodged a complaint with HCL service centre at Sector 22, Chandigarh on 14 Sep. 2009 against call ID 1308 and complint no.[protected] after which HCL Engineer visited my place and taken away the Mother Board since it was to be replaced (as per the visiting engineer). After many reminders on phone and personal visits to HCL Service Centre, they sent the engineer on 13 Oct 2009 with Mother Board which was also faulty and the engineer took away the same assuring an early replacement. But all that seems to be just a false promise because noone turned up after that even after many telephonic reminders. It is requested that the complaint may please be attended at the earliest to keep the faith on HCL alive.

Idea — TOTALLY RUBBISH SERVICE

After having used airtel for years, the guy at the mobile shop persuaded me to take the IDEA golden number for my son's mobile, because he said the the coverage was the best. What a load of crap!! He must be getting good commission because the service is diabolical/rubbish/worst/terrible/unspeakably bad. Coverage is crap- I keep getting stupid get the latest ring tone- every hour.... when I called the customer service line 4444, i keep getting cut off. When I manage to stay connected, and finally get : 'to speak to ourcustomer care advisor, press 9', i press 9 and of course it does not register. and yes i made several attempts. Maybe idea slogan should 'walk and dump the idea sim card in the nearest rubbish bin'! My daughter has vodaphone- which is fine. Me and my husband have airtel- which is fine. Shame on you IDEA- spend some of the money that you are ripping of people togive a good service- and take youradvert off the TV- what is that-get radiation and stress when you are taking a relaxing walk- what a load of crap- same on these actors for endorsing it- but anything for money. I am soo so mad and irritated at that crap company.

absolutely what i am facing since yesterday.. i am stuck in a loop where i am told to dial 4444 for customer care.. and i can never reach customer care as i get a message "network busy" ...
Idea should do something about this..
