[Resolved] Dish TV — 102 error - showing low balance after recharge | |||
My vc no is [protected] im from calicut kerala. I have been receiving error number 102 page, though i have sufficient balance in my account. On repeated reset requests from the customer service end, nothing happened in return. Now the company intends to send a technician whom i should be paying, how justified is this! May 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Customer service representative came to my home and changed the frequency to latest satatlite. But still I need to pay 200 as srevice charge DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
