Dish TV — Dish TV has not refunded my money

I had a Dish TV connection and was not using it as I was at on site. Dish TV called up and said the Set Top Box will be collected by them and Rs 1200/- will be refunded. The amount will be paid in 20 days time . But I tried contacting them they didn't pick up the call. Latter when I contacted the customer care they said there is no policy of refund. I requested them to return my STB. But till date they have not returned my STB nor returned my money. I want my money back along with a lump sum of 1lakh for giving me harassment and mental trauma.
