Vc no. [protected] with dish tv Complaint: dish tv does not send a proper invoice for the recharge of packs+ala carte despite request. Once they sent an e-mail but their invoice was without any invoice no. And cst/tin details. Their website customer login is also doesn't generate an invoice for recharge of packs.
