Dear concerned, on saturday 29/07/2017 i upgraded to hd connection by paying rs 1199/-. Old vc no. [protected] and new vc no [protected]. However today 1st august 2017 my connection is deactivated abruptly. I wrote to dish tv through my mobile app, but received no reply. I called customer care today evening, they said to contact dealer who installed connection. When contacted to dealer he said everything is okay from his side. He also given transaction details as follows -
Vc/rmn [protected] cr. With rs1, 199.00 transid pouper-1834950
I again called customer care who said that he will arrange call back in 15 minutes. Till now even after more than 1 hour 30 minutes, received no call from dish tv.
Balance of my account should be around rs. 1200 still could not be getting services and is disconnected.
Pl also note that discovery blitz was updated since saturday many times but could not view single day. Was this information helpful? |
