[Resolved] Dish TV — Dish tv recharge of false commitment and misbehave of customer care executive | |||||
My dish tv vc no is [protected]. I recharged my vc on 7/10/2016 for 1500.00/- with a commitment that if i pay 250 * 6 = 1500 than i will get 50 * 6 = 300 it means 1800.00/- and an offer that is 6 months for recharge and one month for bonus, but now they are refusing that offer. I got a call from dish tv on 3/4/2016 at 10.27 pm from phone no [protected] he didn't tell his name properly. He totally misbehaved as he told me that jo hum keh rahe hai wahi suno wahi theek hai.
