[Resolved] Dish TV DTH — not getting single channels for choice

I am dish tv dth user. As per new rules whenever i was going to select perticuler single channels of choice they not giving me it. They show a bouquet of broadcaster. I tried to reach them but there help number is unreachable. I tried it many times but no response
Plz provide me facilities for selecting single perticuler channels
