[Resolved]  Dish TV — Faulty receiver

Dear sir,
I have upgraded my dish tv connection standard set top box to high definition set top box on the given by the dish tv is faulty i have complaint about this to dish tv customer care but they are not. Responding i am not able to view the tv from the change of the set top box

After recharge Dish TV not active channel, after recharge i was call customer care but no any response. i was rech. 9.40am & switch off and on set top box from the main power supply but not any channel are showing. again call [protected] for refresh. but not active channel. so plz do something.
