Dish TV — Hopeless service | |||
Myself Suchendra kamble, i am using dish tv services my vc no. is [protected]. Recently(on 31st of may) i changed my set top box from sd to hd+. Since that day i am facing huge & unsolvable problems created by the customer care. 1st problem, i changed my stb on call from customer care which offered me an exchange offer . The person calling me never told me about the change in my existing subscription plan/pack.This costed me around 6 months of reduction my due date, i.e. it got changed from 27 oct 2015 to 9 april 2015. The new stb provided to me was faulty, it stopped working with in 3 days of activation. The most harassing part was customer care which never responded on time. Yesterday a technical person visited & took the stb for exchanging saying that he will be exchanging it today 12.30pm. No one is responding since today morning. neither that technician is answering the call, nor any person from pune customer care MELTEK INFOSYSTEMS PVT LTD. is answering. they are just disconnecting the phone.
