Dear sir, i want to say, that i recharge online my dishtv account VC no- [protected] by Rs.230.but my account not yet update. so, sir i request to you that please update 230 monthly pack month of aug from id no.[protected], transaction id-PMGW[protected], retailer add-Hatigaon Notboma, firuj Enterprise, my mo- +91 [protected].i am getting a customer care complain that the problem is resolved when it is actually not even attended. I am honestly mentally tortured by Dishtv by not resolving this complaint. Please help me... Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our conversation on [protected], we have informed you that Recharge Amount can not be less than 250.00 for inactive subscriber, this is a failure transaction and amount will be auto reversed in your account with 5 to 7 working days .If still facing problem then please let us know.
