[Resolved]  Dish TV — long term recharge validity-reg

I have 2 dth connections taken in 2018 from dish tv.
In august 2018, i made prepayment for annual plan (Rs - 2172 on 19/08/2018) as there has been a offer that can provide 1 month free validity if paid for 12 months.
My vc numbers are
[protected] and [protected].
I checked with the customer care for the validity period and found my switch off date reported to be 01/september-2019.

But as for my payment, i must be able to watch till mid of october, 2019 including 1 month free subscription.

I contacted the customer care and they were telling that, rules have been changed.

But as for i know from trai regulation, any dth operator cannot change the plan or charge of the long term pre paid customers till their plan ends.

This is clearly stated in consumer guide on dth/cable tv networks by trai regulations.

I have attached the screen shot and if you want to read it, pl go the below link and view it on page-11, question-12.

You cannot alter my package without my consent and approval in your own interest.

So i must get the validity of my dth connections for the above said registered mobile numbers as 18/10/2019 with out any alteration. So accordingly do the needful.

Pl check and revert back to me asap.

Being a media person, i know how and where to press you to get the things done in case if trai rule is violated by dish tv.
Hope that situation may not arise.
