[Resolved] Dish TV — no service provided | |||||
They said within 24 hrs complaint will be solved. But 72 hrs passed my complaint not solved related to new vc card issue. In the city of nandyal which is going to become a district in few months.. They provided one and only one service man in my city. I think 24hrs complaint solved (Tag) should be removed in their website. From 5 days i'm calling to dish tv customer care... It takes 10-15 minutes to talk with them. My phone bill was nearly 100rs for 5-6 day's and as well as time waste. I am senior customer (8-9) years with yearly subscription of 2500 inr per year. This is really stupidity by dish tv customer service. Especially the local service boy was not responding property. Was this information helpful? | |||||
