[Resolved]  Dish TV — not able to remove channels from my custom build pack

Dish tv is cheating customers, nobe of their self service portal (Website/app) is working properly when i am trying to remove some channels from my pack, their website/app hangs and becomes unresponsive when i remove channels and tries to submit request, this problem is there from last one month, i tried sending multiple emails to customer care and every time they provide pathetic resolution saying that their platform has technical issues, how could technical issue remain unresolved for months, clearly they are cheating customers by not allowing channel removal, so pathetic!
